th, but you may want to get there early. The Camp Pendleton Marine Division Band starts their musical prelude at 10:30 a.m.
The birthday celebration will include a 21-gun salute, color guard, brass quintet, and a chaplain. You won't want to miss the moment they lay an official White House wreath on Reagan's gravesite.
