29th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Ventura

When: March 11, 2017

Where: Main Street, Downtown Ventura

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Come and participate in a Ventura tradition. In its 29th year, this parade is not to be missed. With musical performances, Irish dancing, bagpipes, and more, it’s sure to be a great time for the whole family. The parade begins at the San Buenaventura Mission and ends on East Main and Chestnut Street.

St. Patrick’s Day Gold Hunt at Legacy Park in Malibu

When: March 16, 2017

Where: Legacy Park

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Get your kids into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit at Malibu’s Legacy Park. Join Lucky the Leprechaun in for fun and games as you search for Lucky’s pot of gold. Bring your kiddos bright and early for story time, art projects, and the gold hunt. Keep in mind there will be two separate hunts; one at 10:00 a.m., the other at 11:15 a.m. Please check in at 9:45 a.m. This event is free and open to the public.

8th Annual Leprechaun’s Lucky Gold Hunt in Thousand Oaks

When: March 17, 2017

Where: Thousand Oaks Community Center

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Partake in a local St. Patrick’s Day tradition at the 8th Annual Leprechaun’s Lucky Gold Hunt. Come for an assortment of St. Patrick’s Day fun. From crafts and games to magic shows and Leprechaun trap demonstrations, there’s lots to participate in at this celebration. Stick around for a special chance to search for Lucky’s hidden gold. Gold hunts will run every 20 minutes. The cost for this event is $5 per child.
